Our cuisine is characterised by the experience and creativity of the owner, Karl Friedrich Schneider. His traditional, home-style cooking offers our guests wholesome, light and varied cuisine. Alongside regional and seasonal produce, he also uses food grown in the hotels gardens.

We will be glad to accommodate your dietary requirements and we can provide vegetarian food as well being able to cater for diabetic diets, light diets, weight-reduction diets, weight-gain diets or gluten-free diets.
